*12  Observed employees to be improperly washing their hands. Provide for employees to wash their hands for the appropriate amount of time and to not turn off the faucet with bare hands. Employees instructed. (750.510) Observed employee drink sitting next to the fry warmer. Provide for employees to consume food/drink in designated areas only. *20  Observed the quat spray bottle to be too weak. Provide for the quat solution to be a minimum of 200 ppm for sanitizing purposes. Spray bottle was changed. (750.820) Immediate/Onsite

*35  Observed the following outer openings to be improperly protected: 1. air gap along the bottom of the east door 2. door bowed at the bottom of the west door 3. air gap at the top corner of the back door and the door does not close properly. 15  Observed the following improper non-food contact surfaces: 1. caulk peeling on the shelf at the pop station 2. trim at the service counter is in poor repair 3. finish chipped on the shelves in the walk in cooler 4. outside of the ice machine is rusty 5. caulk is peeling on the framing of several coolers 6. door gasket on the freezer is coming off 7. shelves are rusting in the freezer 8. door gasket on the ice machine is in poor condition 9. finish peeling on the can racks and rusty 10. rack with the extra pop is rusty Provide for all non-food contact surfaces to be smooth, easily cleanable and non-absorbent.
